Originally, Doc Shulman originally raised exclusively Black Angus cattle. Strawberry Fields Farm herd has over 80 acres of lush, fresh grass for our small herd to munch on. The&nbsp;cattle are rotated regularly to different fields to insure they never overgraze a pasture. In the winter, they are fed hay gathered from our own fields and from some of&nbsp;our neighboring farms on Gooney Manor Loop (Yes, that really is the name of our road!). Numerous scientific studies by agronomists have shown that cattle thrive where they have plenty of room and are not subjected to noise, overcrowding or other sources of stress.
